Just Dance! Magazine Feb-Mar 2011
Jennifer Choo Sue Chin | March 17, 2011Just Dance! Magazine, the first Dance Magazine in Malaysia has been around for about a year. It is run by a group of enthusiastic dancers for us dancers, no matter what genre of dances we do. It is a bi-monthly magazine and costs just RM9 a copy. Besides featuring some famous dancers, it also enlighten readers on some dance tips, techniques, make up, costumes, dance events and everything about dancing! It’s pretty informative and I do look forward to read it every 2 months!
If you’ve not heard of or read the magazine before, it’s high time you get a copy from the local bookstores or newstands. This Feb-Mar issue features 3 Malaysian line dance choreographers – Joanne Wong, Leong Mei Ling and yours truly. :-“> Read about what our minds think when we choreograph to the favourite dances that you do all so often. I know many of you were curious as I get those questions a lot when I meet dancers at events: What makes you start choreographing? What gives you the inspiration to choreograph? etc…
Other highlights in this issue include a feature article on Ramli Ibrahim, the famous judge from SYTYCD Malaysia, who is an Odyssey dancer. There is also an article on Rebecca Lee, Bryan Ang and Albert Lim who recently competed and won in Manchester. My Fairy Tale party is listed in the events page too. Amy Tan from Just Dance! will be at the party too to get some pictures and report in the next issue.
Do support the magazine! 🙂 Get one before they get swept off the shelves 🙂
